Web Lightning XP v3.00 Changes
We have made so many new changes and enhancements to the GUI and internal code as well as optimized it to work with WindowsXP that we have renamed it to Web Lightning XP! NOTE: It still works just as well as before and better when on the older operating systems. GUI enhancements. Too many code enhancements and optimizations to list. Fixed a bug when adding specific URLS that once in a rare while caused the program to not fully add all bookmarks. We have completely removed the advertising from the program. We were getting reports that after installing Web Lightning and rebooting, a few users were unable to get back into windows and had to do a reinstall. This was due to our adding the shdocvw.dll. (Internet explorers' native dll used to display webpages. It is installed with windows itself.) We used the dll to display the advertising and apparently Windows is sensitive to the version of that dll. We were unaware of the incompatibilty at the time of the release and sincerely apologize to the few people that were affected by this. We no longer include the dll in our setup or advertising at all, so you can rest assured it will not happen anymore with our products. Xenon Web Lightning is the ONLY program this robust that does what it is designed to do. While other programs may of copied us and released free versions that do similar things, none of them are as efficient or they lack the well rounded features of Web Lighting. That is why we have won multi-awards and have been featured in well known magazines, for such a robust, stable program that does exactly what it claims to do!
Web Lightning XP v2.10 Changes
We have upgraded to a new web location. All links/email within the installation have been changed. In order to use the online update feature you must upgrade to this version.
Web Lightning XP v2.06 Changes
Sped up some of the startup process. Program loads approx. 3x faster. Some minor misc. bugs in the last version were repaired.
Web Lightning XP v2.05 Changes
At popular request from our users, we have added the ability to process Opera's bookmarks! Fixed a serious bug where you could possibly lose data in other programs if the following error occured, which has been reported by some users. "The storage control blocks were destroyed. " All users of both the shareware and registered versions are highly recommended to upgrade to this new version.
Web Lightning XP v2.01 Changes
Added support for SSL Secure servers (HTTPS). Enhanced some of the GUI. Tightened up the already high-octane engine behind the bookmark additions. Fixed a bug where you couldn't directly add urls with "/" in them. Fixed bug where you might have javascript as your bookmark.

Fixed bug where the edit list wouldn't show on very first run. Online Update patching bug fixed. Works excellent now. Other minor bug fixes and cosmetic enhancements.

Web Lightning XP v1.08 Changes
Replaced the progress bar with a new, better looking one that also reduces the overall size of the program. Added the ability to go to our website with a convenient click. Same as above for email as well. Added ability to register with credit cards making registration easier for some. Now automatically checks for the "http" at the beginning of the url for single additions, making it a non-concern for the end user. Fixed shareware bug where it was allowing 6 sites instead of 5. I know your thankfull that was fixed. =)
Web Lightning XP v1.06 Changes

Web Lightning XP is a shareware program. If you find it useful and continue to use it after the trial period, you are obligated to purchase/register it with the author. A single user license is only $25. Registration of Web Lightning XP entitles the user to FREE upgrades for the life of the program.
